losing weight is the most difficult thing to do.i have been trying to lose weight for a long time,but do not want to start a diet that expects me to starve or eat unedible stuff.control on what is eaten is ok,but that is a very slow process,it takes so long that you get disheartened and eat everything you lay your eyes on.self control is the most important factor here.all the best to all who are making the effort

Crash diet may not be a sustainable way because of a big possibility of weight regain. The best way is to consult a nutritionist/dietitian, let them study your body composition and make small changes in your food and lifestyle according to your preferences.
The nutritionists usually work on ayurveda fundamentals and the diets recommended by them is not based on quantity.
